The meeting of Hucknall Sports U11's and Pelican Colts have always been entertaining and this one was no exception in this YEL division 1 tie.

From the off Sports dominated play resulting in a controversial goal for 'hit-man' Callum Gospel. The remainder of the first half saw Sports confidently move the ball about resulting in 2 more goals for top scorer Daniel Yates making it 3-0 at the break.

 

A game of two halves unfolded, as a reshuffled Sports could do nothing about the now in control Colts.  The 'Wigwam Curse' soon struck as the 3 -0 score line was soon turned into an unbelievable 5-3 to the guests even with a man of the match performance from Luke Bowen.
