On the up Hucknall Sports U-8 white travelled to take on West Bridgford Pumas in the green division of the YEL.

From the off both teams worked hard with Sports playing some of their best football.  An early goal for Pumas didn't deter Sports, whose never say die attitude payed off with an own goal.  The first half was end to end which saw another goal to the Pumas and a fantastic equaliser for Sports from Joseph Priestley.

 

Sports had to do the chasing again as Bridgford bagged their 3rd, but with man of the match Samuel Wells controlling midfield it wasn't long before it was 3 a-piece with a fine goal from Charlie Miller.  Sports took the lead with Samuel Abbott finding the net, making it look like a deserved win, but the spoils were short lived as Pumas equalised with the last kick of an entertaining match making it 4-4.
