The dreaded first half curse plagued Hucknall Sports U-12's for yet another game as they travelled to Heathfield F.C in Division 1 of the YEL. 

The home side out played Sports with simple but effective football resulting with a goal just before the break.

Stern words and a slight reshuffle seemed to do the trick in the second half as Sports stepped up the pace.  With an Alex Orton  equaliser Sports set up camp in Heathfield's half smoothly passing and peppering the oppositions goal.  The scoreline soon rose to 3-1 with the help of man of the match Daniel Yates netting his brace after some brilliant football. 

Heathfield were handed a life line with a dubious hand ball penalty which ended this away fixture the same as the home tie 3-2 to Sports.
