Sports went into today's match top of the league and it started at a very fast pace.

In the first half both teams had plenty of shots at goal but it was Sports who managed to hit the back of the net first with a goal from Aaron Watts. After a collision with the goalkeeper Aaron came off injured and was replaced by Billy Johnson. Gedling then came back at Sports and after winning a free kick inside the box they managed to score with the goal coming from Bradley Wright.

 

The second half was just as fast with both teams eager to get the second goal. Charlie McShane was replaced by Aaron Watts who was then injured again and was replaced by Jordan Trueman. Gedling were unlucky not to take full points after a mistake on the goal line lead to the ball being deflected by a Gedling player.

It was a great match to watch with both teams coming away with a well deserved point. The Man of the match for Sports was Brody Asher.
