This was a very disappointing performance by Sports on a morning with ideal weather, a nice flat pitch and all to play for.
Only one team was wanting to win this match and so it proved. The scoreline was maybe a bit flattering but Blidworth closed down Sports all over the pitch and played some good football.
Only two of the Sports players were giving their all, Morgan Jubb and again Giovanni Marraffa our keeper. Both of these players are getting better with every game.
Team spirit is required if we want to get out of the bottom 3, the boys are more than capable of beating teams in this league and with a bit more luck, goals will come. Man of the match was Morgan Jubb and the goalscorer was Matt Bloor.
