Playing in the top division has not appeared to faze these lads at all .
Despite losing their opening 3 games they recovered their composure putting together a 7 match unbeaten run, yielding an impressive 15 points.
The second part of the season saw the lads put together an impressive cup run that saw them play Bulwell Rangers in the final of the Notts youth league cup, unfortunately, Sports were beaten on the night by a stronger side.
Their league form during this period also proved to be very encouraging with one in particular result away at the eventual league winners proving vital in securing a 4th place finish in the league, an absolute superb effort considering this was their 1st season at the top level.
