Club Awards

The VAP Team Of the Year Award

This award was voted by all the team managers and went to the Under 12's Red who this season were the League Champions, Notts FA Shield winners, runners up in the YEL Cup and the UK Football Tours Filey Tournament winners at both 7 and 11 aside.

The Richard Silverwood Award

The award this year was given to Barry Scarbro in recognition to his contribution to the club this season.

The Irene & Ciss Flint Award.

This is the biggest award the club presents to an individual.  It is presented to a person we feel has done the most  to promote the name of Hucknall Sports.

It is a very difficult decision as there have been some outstanding contributions over the years but the award this year goes to someone who, over the years, was a player with the club, carried on into management and in addition puts a lot of time taking on additional work to help the club in numerous other ways.

The YEL Under 10's Sportsmanship Award
This award, voted by opposition managers during 
the season for sportsmanship,  went to the Under
  10's for the second season running.

 

 Special Service Awards

       

This year, special awards went to  Josh Davenport, Matt Innes and Nicky Ward from the U18's
 who have been with Hucknall Sports for over ten years which is truly fantastic.
