Annual Awards Presentation Evening 2010
Under 9's Red

Managers Comments
A good first season in The YEL league, but a hard season.
We have a great team spirit, win, lose or draw but the players play with a
smile. We have all worked hard this season whether in training or in a
game.
There were some great games to look back on.but some to
forget.
Already looking forward to next season. Well done lads,
lets keep progressing.

Players, Player of the Year Thomas Jayes Adrian and myself feel this award is special. It is chosen by his team mates who recognise what this player brings to the team. He creates goals for other players with his awareness and ability to pick out a pass. Good control with a cool head in front of goal. Has earned 3 man- of- match awards and scored 5 goals. Can get frustrated if his game isn't going the right way. Is a hard worker who has been asked to play in most positions during this season and does so with equal capabilities. A well liked member of the team who has grown up a lot this season and as got the rewards he deserves. |

Most Improved Player Jordan Welch This player has come along way this season, shown a good improvement and proved a lot of people wrong, myself included and is now a regular in the starting 7. He has played in several positions always giving 100%, but midfield being his best. He has scored 6 goals and received 2 man-of match awards. Aggression, speed and trickery makes him a hard player to play against. |

Managers, Player of the Year Nathan Seaman This player plays in my favourite position, it's a hard position to play, but makes it look easy. He has pace, strength, good ability and great awareness of danger. Great attributes for any player. During the season he has scored 3 times and been awarded with 3 man-of-match awards, constant performer with a good work ethic. Has played in several positions and brings so much to the team. Strikers get all the headlines but this defender has made a few of his own. Well deserved.
