The highlight of the season has to be the Under 13’s Red

winning every one.
Winning the YEL League Cup in spectacular form. Winning the Notts FA Shield for a secon consequtive season. Representing Nottinghamshire in the TESCO cup regional finals at Birmingham which they won, only to lose out in the National final at Pride Park in a penalty shoot out. |

The Irene & Ciss Flint Award. |
|
This is the biggest award the club has to present to an individual. It is presented to the person we feel has done the most to promote the name of Hucknall Sports. This
was very difficult as there have been some outstanding
contributions over this season and previous years but this years A very worthy winner

The Richard Silverwood Award
|
|
|
|
This award is all about someone within the club who has put himself out by representing the club in something different from just playing. Previous award winners have included a table tennis champion, a ballroom dancer etc but this year the award goes to a young man who has shown exemplary support to the club not only in playing since he was 10 years of age but has now taken on one of our coaching roles at our Soccer School. A truly loyal and valuable member of out club.

Hard work and determination are Harry’s main strengths. Since making the switch to centre forward he has consistently scored goals and has finished top scorer on 3 occasions. His goal tally is over 100 and this has been achieved playing in the Nott’s Youth League Divisions 1 and 2. This season he narrowly missed out on being the leagues top marksman by one goal. It’s been an
absolute pleasure to see Harry represent the club and witness his
development these past 8 years. |

Sam has a superb attitude towards his football. Over the past seven seasons he has continually performed at a level you did not think possible. He has won the players player award on three occasions and narrowly missed out on two others. This reflects how highly his team mates have appreciated his
efforts over the years.

What a player this young man has been for us. Playing initially on the left side of midfield he soon became noticed for his direct approach, providing the team with much needed power and pace down the flanks. These
performances soon got him noticed at County level where, alongside several
other team mates, he became a regular with The past two seasons have seen Ross play at the heart of the defence,
where again he has shone with many confident and assured performances. |

From the side lines it’s reassuring to see the level of commitment James shows. What gives him the edge over many opposing players is the fact he never willingly admits defeat. He always plays with the same infectious attitude that inspires all around him. Be it training or matches his
approach has always been the same 100% effort
