If there was an award for the most improved player then this player would probably have won this award as well. Every game & every training session since September this lad has given his all in all aspects of the game. Always the first to help set things up on training days and never shy when it comes to hard work to be done in practice matches or in competitive games. His hard tackling and discipline has earned him the affectionate nickname of "the Governor". |

A clean sweep of votes bar one speaks volumes for this players talents and popularity. In line for the managers player of the year award as well, the management team were relieved when this lad got the votes of his team mates. Skill and flare are this players strongest attributes along with a bagful of goals from midfield, something that’s not always easy to do. A willing learner at training although for some strange reason this boy gives the team coach more lip than most ! Whether mainly for his speed and skills or because of his name, once again an affectionate nick name has come this lads way, courtesy of players & staff that being "Honry" as in Thierry Henry. |

The credentials for a player of the year award are that of skill, commitment, dedication and a will to succeed. This player has all these credentials and a lot more. High expectations at the start of the season have been fulfilled two fold and all who are connected with the team hope he carries on in the same vein next season. A real team player who does on occasions lose concentration during coaching exercises but is always alert and follows instructions during games. He has made himself into a utility player playing in all positions this season including goalkeeper although we prefer him in midfield as his work rate is endless and his presence is a real plus for the team. |
