Managers, Player of the Year Carter Newton This
award goes to a player who the managers believe is playing in the hardest
of positions to keep anyone happy. He has had to keep his concentration up
when the team were playing so well that he hardly touched the ball for
many a match. However, when playing against tougher opposition he was
never found wanting as he made many superb saves to keep his team in the
match and this was mentioned by not only the parents of our team but the
parents and managers of other clubs. In all ,his performances were a major
factor for his team going 11 games undefeated up to the end of the season. |
