We had to go through a number of hoops to prove that we ticked all of the boxes in order for the Football Foundation to support our submission.

The money will go towards our continuing development of our club and teams to ensure we build on the foundation that we have achieved over the past 10 years.

The club is extremely proud to receive the Grow the Game grant and would like to thank the Football Foundation for their assistance and also the significant support and contribution from Jody Cauldwell & Ricky Stevenson of the Nottinghamshire County Football Association and all our sponsors for their continued support to our club.

Hucknall Sports U10's White Win the Priory Celtic Tournament
	Congratulations go to the U10's White after they won the Priory Celtic football tournament. Sports were looking to have another successful tournament this year after winning the plate competition in the corresponding 2010 tournament. However, this time around the boys exceeded last year’s achievements having played to their full potential and winning the main tournament cup competition with some style against local rivals Rolls Royce Leisure. The Under 14's Red & White receive their Championship trophies

Hucknall Sports U14's Red & White both went to the City Ground, Nottingham to receive their YEL championship trophies at the YEL awards. The Reds won the Division 1 Saturday title whilst the Whites won the Division 2 Sunday title. Both teams were presented their trophies by ex Nottingham Forest player Kenny Burns.
The Under 10's Red receive the YEL Sportsmanship Trophy Presented by Kenny Burns at Forest, City Ground	Tesco Vouchers Thanks to all those who have collected the TESCO Schools & Club vouchers. We have collected 13,100 which is a fantastic effort and the most we have ever achieved. Special thanks go to our Under 18’s who collected over 5000 ! The order has been raised to procure essential equipment & items to support the club in the forthcoming season.
Hucknall Sports U15's Win a Sportsmanship Award Congratulations to Chris & Shaun and all the lads from the U15's in winning the Notts Youth League Division 3 Sportsmanship Award.
Hucknall Sports U11's Black : Double Winners!
	Congratulations go to Hucknall Sports U11's Black who have won the YEL League and Cup double. They beat Gotham Rangers on penalties at Notts County's Meadow Lane Ground just a week after winning the League Title. This is a wonderful achievement in their first season together. Congratulations to Hucknall Sports U14's Red
Congratulations go to Hucknall Sports U14's Red who have won the treble for the second season in a row. They completed their season with a 3-1 victory in the YEL Cup Final against Vale of Belvoir. This was just four days after beating the same team to clinch the YEL Division 1 title. In early April they beat Teversal in the Notts FA Shield Final. Again this is a truly remarkable achievement. Hucknall Sports U11's Black are League Champions
	Congratulations go to Hucknall Sports U11 Black, who became 1st Division Champions after needing just a point against Bestwood Park Rangers. They put in an outstanding performance, claiming all 3 points with a 19-0 triumph. Every player kept to their positions and totally dominated the game from the first to the last whistle. Just one more game to go in the YEL Cup Final, to be played at Notts County on Sunday 15th May, at 3.45pm against a very strong Gotham side. It is a fantastic first season together with a tremendous effort by everyone.

Young Hucknall Sports Coach Wins Notts FA Accolade Picture courtesey of the Hucknall & Bulwell Dispatch Congratulations on behalf of Hucknall Sports YCFC go to Daniel Yates who achieved the Notts FA Young Coach of the Year award at a ceremony held at The Belfry Hotel in Nottingham . Daniel played for Hucknall Sports YCFC and then decided to take an active part in the coaching duties at our Soccer School from the age of 11 until, at the tender age of 17, decided to finish at Soccer School to persue other activities outside of football. Daniel has been a superb member of the Hucknall Sports team over a number of years and I know he was highly thought of both from the Soccer School and also from within other areas of the club. Daniel was put forward for this award by Phil Barnes the Hucknall Sports YCFC Soccer School manager in recognition of the tremendous contribution he had made to the Soccer School over the past 6 years and it is hoped that the experience he has gained will hold him in good stead for his future sporting aspirations. It just goes to show the opportunities that are available for any youngster wanting to deviate from the normal playing activities to invest their time in other footballing careers whether it be coaching, refereeing, fitness techniques or just purely general administration within the footballing world. From everyone at Hucknall Sports YCFC we wish Daniel all the best in his future career aspirations.
New Sponsorship for the U11's Reds The players and management team of Hucknall Sports U11's Red, who play in the YEL Saturday Division 1, would like to thank Frank Key Builders Merchants of Lillington Road South, Bulwell who have kindly sponsored their new home kit for the 2010/2011 season. The photo shows a member of Frank Keys Management team handing over the new kit after a recent visit to their premises. May this be a long term venture for both teams.

Under 9's White Win the Plate Trophy at the Priory Celtic Tournament Priory Celtic Football Tournament
Under 10's Red Win the Ruddington Football Tournament Sports entered 2 teams into this tournament, one the current Saturday team and the newly formed Sunday side for next season. Both teams proved their strength, beating all the other teams and eventually meeting each other in the final, where the Reds won 2-0 in a hard fought match. A good start and warm up for next season.Well done boys.

Hucknall Sports YCFC awarded Grow the Game grant by the Football Foundation.

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a significant Grow the Game grant from the Football Foundation. This is a major achievement and has taken almost a year discussing with Nottinghamshire FA and the Football Foundation in producing a business case to support the application.
